Military Outdoor Clothing, Inc. attempts to be as accurate as possible in all descriptions, photography and any other materials on this site; however errors do happen on occasion. In addition, we sell surplus items that come and go. If there is a surplus item that you are interested in, please contact us by phone or email to see if the item is in stock before placing the order. We will answer our emails within 24 hours.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND LOSSES
Returns will be accepted no later than 21 days after the order has left our warehouse. New merchandise MUST be returned in NEW condition with all tags still attached. If there is any alteration to the return, the customer is subject to a 25% penalty fee if the item is not 100% re-sellable as New. LOSSES
If you have not received your order within 7-10 days, please contact us so we may place a track on your order. For returns, please contact us by telephone or email. We will issue a return authorization number. Write the return authorization number on a copy of your invoice, pack up your item being returned and mail to:

SHIPPING COST POLICIES Military Outdoor Clothing, Inc. uses U.P.S. as the main carrier. The cost of shipping items is determined by weight and mileage. There are no over-charges for shipping. UPS charges an additional fee of $3.18 for all residential orders.
SHIPPING POLICIES Military Outdoor Clothing, Inc. normally ships out orders in 24-48 hours excluding Saturday's and Sunday's and recognized holidays for in-stock items. If an item is currently out of stock or on backorder, we will send an email address given with the order for the customer's discretion of a partial shipment, backorder or refund.
